What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage works in a similar way and lets a website remember your settings. They allow the site to remember your choices and, if you agree, help us understand how the website is used.
Essential cookies
The website cannot work properly without these, so we do not need your consent for them. We use them only for the following:
Your cookie choice (the za_cookies cookie) records whether you accepted analytics cookies and lasts 6 months, after which we will ask you again.
The light or dark theme and your chosen language are saved in your browser so you do not have to set them on every visit.
The trip plan you put together in the Surroundings section stays in your browser only, until you attach it to a booking enquiry.
Analytics cookies
If you agree, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. It helps us see which pages people read and what they look for, so we can improve the website. The data is aggregated, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Google Analytics sets the _ga cookie and a _ga_ cookie with the measurement ID, which last up to 2 years. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
How to change or withdraw consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will ask for your consent again on your next visit.
Links to Google Maps and other websites open third-party pages with their own cookie policies.
To learn more about how we protect your personal data, see our Privacy Policy page.
