A green space in town where children can run free

Fenced grounds with a garden, playground, sauna and parking. Everything is in one place, and the town centre is a few minutes' walk away.

More than thirty years of work in one place

When we bought the site in 1991 it was badly neglected. Since then we have paved the courtyard, planted greenery, built the guesthouse, the gazebo and the playground, and we improve something every year. We are in the quiet zone of the town park, opposite the old hospital.

What is on site

  • Garden with rockery and pond

    Flower beds, benches and swinging chairs in the shade of the trees.

  • Gazebo with a fireplace

    We built it in 2003 and it now seats 50 people.

  • Wellness and infrared sauna

    A sauna indoors and an infrared sauna for three in the garden.

  • Bar and pizzeria

    A restaurant with a summer terrace on site.

  • Free wifi

    We rebuilt the whole internet network in 2025.

  • Non-smoking

    Both the guesthouse and the pizzeria are non-smoking.

A playground inside the fenced grounds

The playground has a rubber surface that protects children from falls and keeps them out of the mud, and the whole site is fenced. Jiří Hanzlovský appreciated that his 18-month-old son could move “freely and safely around the enclosed garden” (translated from Czech).

Parking on site

Parking is free for guests. Leave your car by the guesthouse or in the closed courtyard behind the sliding gate.

Step-free access

The grounds are step-free. There is step-free access and an accessible toilet by the reception, and the Beige room (no. 6) is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Rooms 11 and 12 are upstairs and reached by stairs. If you need anything else, please let us know in advance.
