Ochtinská Aragonite Cave lies near the village of Hrádok, towards Revúca, about 17 km from the guesthouse. Its white aragonite formations in crystalline limestone are unique.
The same route takes you past the small town of Štítnik with its Gothic church, the Slavošovce Tunnel heritage site and on to the Muráň Plateau National Park, so a cave visit easily becomes a full day out.

Stop off in Štítnik on the way, just 16 km from the guesthouse.
If you fancy a walk afterwards, carry on to the Slavošovce Tunnel.
